site acupressure has its roots in a traditional Japanese massage called Anma. The client remains fully clothed and the therapist
uses specialized techniques utilizing therapists arms, hands and elbows, coupled with stretching and joint mobilization techniques.
Various acupressure points are stimulated to bring about a sense of wellbeing. This therapy both relaxes yet energises the
client. Treatment time 10 minutes to twenty five.
Indian head massage

points are addressed on the head and body to bring about a sense of wellbeing. Massage from 10 to 25 minutes.
Reflexology
This is a therapy that has its roots in ancient China and Egyptian cultures. The theory is that the human body and all
its parts and organs are mirrored on the feet, hands and ears. Usually the therapist works on the feet using a number of specialized
techniques to clear blockages thus bringing about a sense of wellbeing. The corporate version of this therapy last around
25 minutes.
Thai foot massage
This is a massage from Thailand that mobilizes the joints and works on the reflex areas of the feet. It is a combiation
of Thai massage and Thai reflexology. A stimulating and energising therapy it takes around 25 minutes.
Tibetan acupressure head massage
This massage is perofrmed fully clothed and works the Tibetan acupressure points of the scalp using specialised techniques
, the head neck and shoulders are also massaged. To relax and invigorate the self. 15 to 25 minute treatment.
Zen Bodhi therapy
A highly specialized massage of the body which incorporates a multitude of therapies. A total experience of bliss and
balance. Using essential oils this massage helps the body to rid toxins by lymph drainage, shiatsu and Thai massage as well
as many other techniques. A back, neck shoulder, chest and scalp takes 25 minutes, the full body takes 90 minutes.
